Quick answers

How often should my boiler be serviced?

Once a year. Regular servicing keeps it running safely and efficiently, and most manufacturer warranties require it. We send a reminder when yours is due.

My boiler has stopped working. What should I do?

Check the pressure gauge and any error code on the display, then call us on 0800 228 97 97. If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 first.

How do I pay my invoice?

Use the Pay now link in your invoice email to pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Can't find the email? Choose "Pay my invoice" on any page and we'll send you a new link.

Do you cover my area?

We focus on Wiltshire and Berkshire and continue to look after existing customers in Hampshire and Oxfordshire. Check your postcode above or give us a call.

Who does your electrical and solar work?

We manage the job from start to finish and use NICEIC and MCS approved contractors for electrical, solar and battery installations, so the work is certified correctly.

Do you offer service plans?

Plans are on the way. Register your interest and we'll contact you with clear terms and pricing as soon as they're ready.
